CASE Ukraine`s Executive Director Dmytro Boyarchuk evaluates the adopted budget in a commentary to the ‘Liga.Biznes’ media outlet: ‘I do not see any radical changes compared to last year`s budget. There is a little bit ambitious revenue part and the traditionally optimistic privatization plan. However, with such rates of inflation, as they are in our country, these ambitions can be easily realized according to the incomes’.
