New Report on Trade Sustainability Impact Assessment



The paper analyses the impact of the possible Free Trade Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union. It includes detailed sector and horizontal issue analyses and recommendations for optimising the contribution of the agreement. These recommendations include flanking measures (either mitigating or enhancing) to generate the maximum benefits of the Free Trade Agreement.


The Trade Sustainability Impact Assessment was divided into three phases:


Phase 1 is the general analysis;

Phase 2 is the detailed sector and horizontal issue analysis;

Phase 3 is the concluding phase including policy recommendations.
