The purpose of the Trade SIA is to assess the economic, social and environmental impacts of the possible agreement to all aspects of sustainable development in the European Union area and in Ukraine.
The ENEPO project seeks to examine different aspects of the European Union’s relations with its neighbours to the east (the so-called “eastern neighbourhood”). Primarily, it focuses on the economic features of an EU Eastern neighbourhood.
The project’s main activity was the preparation of the report, “Prospects for EU-Ukraine Relations,” which focuses on economic policy options that will be relevant to Ukraine in the next five to ten years. The report discusses economic integration, and takes into account both the Ukrainian and EU perspectives.
During 2005-2006 CASE Ukraine provided analytical support to the Blue Ribbon Analytical and Advisory Centre founded by United Nations Development Programme.
