Round table named “Economic Policy in the Mid-Income Countries: Between Oligarchy and Populism?

Round table named "Economic Policy in the Mid-Income Countries: Between Oligarchy and Populism? (The International Experience and Ukrainian Realities)" was held on May, 26, 2006 at the Russian Media-Centre by the latter and The Ukrainian Club. Victor Krassilchtchikov, Head of the Sector of General Problems at the Center for Development Studies, subdivision of the Institute of World Economy and International Relations of the Russian Academy of Science, and convener of the Working Group "Transformations in the World System – Comparative Studies of Development" of the European Association of Development Research and Training Institutes (EADI), Bonn, invited to Kyiv by CASE Ukraine was the guest speaker at this event. The CASE Ukraine experts Vladimir Dubrovskiy and Dmytro Boyarchuk were co-speakers.
