The impact of the global financial crisis on public service delivery in economies of the former Soviet Union

CASE Ukraine jointly with other institutions from CASE research network completed the project that assesses the immediate impact of the global financial crisis on the two key sectors of public services (education and healthcare) in 6 countries of the former Soviet Union: Belarus, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia and Ukraine. The project analyzes the size and dynamics of public financing, the intra-sector structure and crisis management in the sectors. 

Experts from CASE (Warsaw), CASE Ukraine, CASE Moldova and CASE Kygyzstan presented the results of the project in Hotel Khreschatik in Kyiv on 17 of May 2011.
